The more ethanol present in your gas, the lower your stoich point will be. Stoich from the factory is set at 14.7 (14.68), however the stoich afr changes based on what is added into your gasoline. Stoich AFR- This is ideal air fuel ratio in which you will get the fullest combustion during cruise. This gives you the option gives you flexibility in your tune of having two different desired idles for the same temperature, but dependant on if you are in Park/neutral or in gear.
